The Union Oil Company issued 288 in 1955 with 84 new views and 204 reprints from past years. They were not numbered and no copyright year was printed on the cards.

There are two distinctive changes that were made in the 1955 series.

First: The Minuteman is located in the upper left and has been changed as Illustrated to the right.

Second: Is easily detected in the wording and the emblem change (Oil Can) which isolated on the lower left of the card as illustrated in the second image.
